Uncured Pastrami


This pastrami will disappoint native New Yorkers - it's neither hot, thin sliced, nor fresh from the farm – but it's a great option for those trying to decide what kind of sandwich meat to buy for lunch. Delicious on rye bread with mustard and sauerkraut, or with wasabi mayonnaise (don't knock it 'til you've tried it!). I do wish they had an organic option…
