This tempeh not only has cultured soybeans, but also brown rice, barley, and millet. It’s a great value for such a healthy, versatile food. It’s already cooked as is, but is pretty bland on its own. It soaks up marinade and seasonings really well though. It’s great to use sliced on sandwiches or salads or crumbled in stir fries and soups.
