Traditional Carnitas


Great flavor! Make tacos with the salsa verde and onions.

Great weeknight taco ingredient. Easy and delicious. I like to slice up onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños and throw them in the oven on a sheet pan, then when they’re just about done I toss the carnitas (pulled apart) and there and crop up for a minute or two.
