Excellent as far as frozen fish goes. Easy to thaw and get on the grill. I've always thought swordfish was a good fish for beef eaters since it has a meatier taste than other fish. Goes great with almost any side. Fair price.
These swordfish steaks thaw quickly in cold water and are excellent when broiled with lemon butter and dill weed.
