Balsamic Rosemary Beef Steak Tips


These were good, first time trying them out. I pan seared in cast iron while sautéing the TJ mushroom medley mix in another pan. I deglazed tips pan with red wine and added the sautéed mushrooms. It was good enough I would buy again for sure, the rosemary isn’t too much but the balsamic is for sure there. Next time I will cut up the larger pieces slightly smaller.
